COMPLEMENTARY INITIAL SESSION
This is probably the most important session of all our sessions and will enable us to get to know each other. We will find out if my coaching is the right path for you and get a clear picture of how that coaching will help you. Here, we will determine exactly what you would like to achieve from coaching and I will be able to tell you, specifically, if what I do is right for you. Making a good connection is so important and key to our success and you also get to experience coaching first hand. If I feel a different therapy would suit you better, I will suggest some options for you. It is much more important for you to have the right therapy than for me to be your coach. You will also get an idea of duration and cost.
Various packages available (see below) for you to gain the maximum from coaching and the structure can be amended to suit you. I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions as this enables you to gain some understanding and clarity to move forward. After 3 sessions, you decide how to take it from there.
We are here to make honest, measured, permanent change and transparency is key – it does take more than one session for the life-changing stuff.

This programme integrates conventional coaching with soul based coaching which means making a soulful connection and seemlessly combine that with the more practical aspects.
I have created this programme of six sessions to beautifully connect your inner wisdom with overall understanding where you want to be, what’s fundamentally important to you and connecting all your possibilities. I love this programme, it covers all the bases and is a really feel good package.

Make sense and take a look back
All of the previous and now you have lots more knowledge, lets get more specific.
How about letting go of any hurt from the past. Take a look and bring some new, more resourceful perspective. A perspective on which to base a meaningful future. Using NLP helps us to make sense of our stories.
SINGLE SESSIONS ALSO AVAILABLE
This is usually to fix an NLP anchor, brainstorm an idea or a Goal Setting Exercise. I work face to face or Zoom but the initial meeting is usually face to face.
