DAY NINE: Bedtime Routine

This is my list if I need to get back in a sleep pattern:
– Eat a banana say 8 o’clock (heard about this years ago)
– Usually in bed by 10
– Drink a milky drink say 9pm (not too late so less chance of having to get up!)
– Have water by the bed so don’t have to get up for a drink
– Read a book or listen to talking on the radio
– Yoga
– Do a 5 min body scan or Do a 20 min meditation

DAY TEN: Start with You

Habits create new neural pathways so when we use affirmations they become part of us, naturally.

DAY ELEVEN: Vision It

DAY TWELVE: Breathe Well

When we get stressed it can affect our breathing. Being in control of our breathing means we can feel better.

DAY FOURTEEN: Delete What Wastes Time

DAY FIFTEEN: Morning Routine

Your morning routine can set you up for a great day. Ideas for your morning routine: Exercise, meditation, time for you, reading, a journal.

DAY SIXTEEN: One Day, One Thing

Being able to keep focused on one thing keeps our minds away from overwhelm.

DAY SEVENTEEN: Go Green

Getting alkalinity into our diet means much better digestion, better health and more energy, oh and it’s great for diabetes too!

DAY EIGHTEEN: LET GO

Release the stress. Learn to let go of the things you cannot control or change, it will make room for something new.

Change on our outside world begins with our inside world.

DAY TWENTY-THREE: Defend Your IT

We live in a new wonderful generation of technology when we use it to our advantage.

Try not to lose today being caught up in what’s gone or being concerned about the future. Being mindful (and we have to really focus) to live for now and what’s around us can really keep us calm.

DAY TWENTY FIVE: Break it Down

Doing one small thing is so much easier and more rewarding than putting off that big dream. Making progress makes us happy.

DAY TWENTY-SIX: Fear

I like to think of fear like it’s there for a reason and I allow it to run parallel with me, not in me.

DAY TWENTY-SEVEN: Procrastination

When we accomplish the job we have to do but don’t want to do, we feel better.

DAY TWENTY-EIGHT: Stress, Anxiety, Depression

No one says it’s easy but rather than avoid how you feel, face it and just see what better possibilities may be head.

DAY TWENTY-NINE: Superhero?

When we feel at home inside, we feel at home anywhere. When we feel at home inside, we no longer have to pretend to be what we think others expect of us.
