My Life Coaching Sessions with Linzi have been invaluable and transformative at a period of my life where I was lost, had no direction and felt ‘stuck’ in my own head.
I initially went to Linzi with a curious mindset, not truly understanding what life coaching could actually do for me. Linzi tailored each of the sessions around my needs and listened with intent, care, compassion and understanding. She was able to offer me guidance, support and a structured approach (based on my own personal behaviours) to help me achieve my stipulated goals, leading me to make really positive changes in my life.
